Lead Capture User Guide

App Name:

Cryo1one Lead Capture

Requirements:

  • The user must have an account on the cryo1one website

Installation Steps:

App Usage

  1. Opening the for the first time you will be present with the Login Screen
  2. Enter your login details
    1. An internet connection is required for logging in
  3. Successful login you will be navigated to the Dashboard Screen
  4. Navigation Bar (Found at the bottom of each screen):
    1. Lead Capture – Add Leads or Events
    2. Dashboard – Display Captured Leads
    3. Profile – Customize preferences

Lead Capture:

  • Add a lead the following fields are required:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • Event (Dropdown)
  • The Notes field is optional
  • Submit the lead by pressing the blue button
  • A pop message will appear mentioning the success.
    • If there is no internet connection the same message will be present however the lead will be stored on the phone and will synchronize when the internet connection is restored.
  • Add an event
    • Press the icon located at the top right, and a bottom sheet will appear.
    • An Internet connection is required to add an event.
    • The following fields are required to submit an event:
      • Event Name
      • Event City
      • Date – (YYYY-MM-DD)
    • A pop message will be displayed either mentioning the success or failure of adding an event.

Dashboard:

  • View total leads captured.
  • View leads that were captured.
    • The green cloud icon represents the leads that have been synchronized with the server.
    • The grey cloud icon represents the leads that are saved on the device and not synchronized with the server.
  • To view/edit the lead, press on the lead which will then navigate to a more detailed view of the lead.
  • To edit the lead press the Edit Text button located at the top right.
    • You can then change any of the field values.
    • To update your leads press the blue button “Update Lead”
    • A popup message will appear confirming the successful updating of the lead.
    • To navigate to the Dashboard View, press the back arrow found at the top right.

Profile:

  • View account details.
    • Email Address
    • First & Last Names
  • Actions:
    • Synchronize leads with the server in real time. (Default option is False)
    • Clear leads on local storage – This will not affect leads that are Captured on the server.
    • Signout from app
